Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the settlement, the petitioner has agreed to withdraw the Criminal case No. 209/ 2006 pending before the JMFC, Korba as he has received amount from the Respondent No. 4. In view of this, he do not want to proceed with this petition and prays for withdrawal of the same.
