Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the Advertisement dated 5.6.2021 which has been issued by the Respondents for filling up of the post of Teaching faculties under the Respondent-University by way of Guest Faculty. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for Respondent-University has produced a copy of application which the Petitioner has submitted showing her intention to participate in the recruitment process for the said post of Guest Lecturer.

Given the fact that the Petitioner has applied under the new Advertisement and her candidature is under consideration, she may not now be permitted to turn around and challenge the Advertisement itself. 4.

In view of above, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is dismissed permitting the Petitioner to participate further in the recruitment process under the said Advertisement.

Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed.
