Learned Counsel for the Appellants on the basis of the reports that have been received from the Jail Superintendent of Central Jail, Raipur dated 13.05.2016 and 12.07.2016 in respect of both the Appellants stating that since both the Appellants have already served their entire sentence imposed upon them, on instructions he submits that he does not want to contest this appeal any further and wants the appeal to be dismissed as not pressed.

Let the reports from the Jail Superintendent of Central Jail, Raipur in respect of both the Appellants be placed on record by the State Counsel.
