1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation to respondent No.2.

2. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner will submit representation to the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education within two weeks from today and in turn, the Board would take decision on the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law.
