1. Petitioner is Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) she is aggrieved by her interdistrict transfer by the impugned order.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would place reliance on the order passed by this Court in similar matter Smt. Geeta Sukhdeve Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others (WPS No. 1273 of 2016, decided on 23/12/2016) and other connected matters.
3. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner is a fence sitter, she
had not challenged the order of transfer earlier, which was passed more than a year back.
4. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer representation before the competent authority within a period of three weeks from today. On such representation being filed, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same in light of order passed by this Court in Smt. Geeta Sukhdeve (supra).
