2. As per the contention of the petitioner this writ petition has become infructuous as the Collector, Janjgir-Champa has vide its order dated 25.05.2018 revoked the impugned order. Thus, he wants to withdraw
the present writ petition.
3. As the writ petition has become infructuous, it is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner that he may file fresh writ petition if fresh cause of action arises.
