Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide impugned order dated 10.02.2016, the petitioner has been attached at Raigarh whereas he has been posted at Kondagaon. 2.

Though the petitioner seeks to challenge on certain grounds, learned counsel for the respondents upon instruction stated that this is temporary arrangement in exigency for expeditious completion of the heavy load of work for procurement and disbursement at Raigarh Depot. As soon as this work is completed,

the petitioner will be sent back to Kondagaon. He further submits that this work is about to be completed within around two months. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further indulgence is necessary in the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
