1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the select list published on 18.04.2018 (Annexure P/1) by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission in respect of the preliminary examination for the State civil services for the year 2017-18.

2. The matter pertains to certain questions, which have been held to be incorrect and the answers have been changed from the first model answer by way of a revised model answer and certain questions, which have been deleted.

3. The issue involved in the present case and the questions referred to by the petitioner in this writ petition have already been considered by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions decided on 15.05.2018 in WPS No. 3561/2018 (Pooja Chandrakar v. State of Chhattisgarh &

others) and other analogous petitions decided together.

4. Since the contentions of the petitioner, grounds raised and the questions involved have already been considered and decided by this Court in the aforesaid bunch of writ petitions decided on 15.05.2018, this Court is inclined to allow and dispose of this writ petition in similar terms.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the order passed by this Court in the bunch of writ petitions decided on 15.05.2018 in WPS No. 3561/2018 and other analogous petitions.

6. Let a copy of the order passed on 15.05.2018 in the aforementioned bunch of writ petitions be made part of the record of the present writ petition.
