Though the petitioner has alleged willful disobedience of order dated 23.06.2015, from letter dated 18.03.2016 (Annexure R/5) filed along with the reply, it is revealed that the authority has rejected application for issuance of rin pustika on the ground that the petitioner is not the holder of the land.
