Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 15/05/2019 Heard.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the earlier round of litigation this Court vide order dated 20/03/2019, is directed the Registrar, Firms and Societies to consider the application so made by the petitioner while holding an enquiry after providing opportunity of

hearing to all the necessary parties. He further submits that subsequent to such order passed in WPC No. 970 of 2019 on 20/03/2019, the petitioner has made an application to the Registrar, however, the same is undecided till date and further has filed an application to stay mass marriage which is to be held on 17 & 18th May 2019 that may be decided.

2. Earlier order shows that it was ordered that if an application is filed before Registrar then the Registrar after giving all opportunity of hearing may decide the same. It is for the Registrar to come to an definite finding as to whether all the necessary parties have been heard or not, if it is so then the application filed by the petitioner may be decided before the ensuing date of 17 & 18th May 2019. A this state no relief can be granted by this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction to the petitioner. The issue is already pending before Registrar. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
