M.C.C. No.379 of 2017 This is an application for restoration of WPS No.1677 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 11-4-2017.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPS No.1677 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society within a period of two weeks.

The delay in filing the process fee in WPS No.1677 of 2017 is condoned.
