1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.14/2020 registered in Police Station - Taregaon Jungle, District- Kabirdham (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 342, 366, 376 IPC, Sections 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and Section 3 (1) (xii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

3. Accordingly, with the liberty as prayed for, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
