Petitioner would submit that he has already worked for about 18 years in the scheduled areas, yet he is again transferred to another scheduled area, which is a remote place in South Bastar.

In view of the submission made and for the fact that it is for the State Government to consider the gravity of the administrative exigency, which necessitated the impugned transfer of posting of the petitioner once again to a scheduled area, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that on petitioner's submitting representation before the competent authority within a period of one month from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 months thereafter.

For a period of 3 months or till the representation is decided, whichever is earlier, the impugned order shall remain stayed as against the petitioner.
