Indisputably, the issue involved in the present writ petition has been settled by the Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 26.02.2015 in Writ Appeal No.281/2013 (Lakhan Ram Sahu & Others vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others and other connected matters).

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench in the matter of Lakhan Ram Sahu (supra).
