1. The issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this court on 13.05.2019 in a batch of writ petitions, the leading case of which being WPS No.2261 of 2019 in case of Chandra Prakash Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others. This court vide its order dated 13.05.2019 have already dismissed the batch of writ petitions of identical nature.

2. Given the facts that this court in an identical matter has already dismissed the batch of writ petitions, the present writ petition also stands dismissed in similar terms and for the same reasons as has been enumerated in the order dated 13.05.2019 passed in WPS No.2261 of 2019.
