1. This is the third bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25/04/2019 passed in MCRC No. 2431/2019 considering prima facie case against him. His second bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09/07/2019 passed in MCRC No. 3924/2019 considering prima facie case against him.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that number of the witnesses have been examined, hence he does not want to press bail application of applicant. He further submitted that trial Court may directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.

3. Instant bail application of the applicant Tirath Ram is rejected as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.
