1. Complaining non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 11.04.2017, the petitioner has rushed to this Court by filing this petition on 4th May, 2017 i.e. within one month from the previous order.

2. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, the contempt petition is disposed of with observation that if the order passed by this Court is not complied with within next two months, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
