1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief of a direction to the respondents to provide answer sheets of Subject Nos. 4&5 in the B.Ed. Final Year Course for the Session 2018-19.
2. This court at this juncture is reluctant to entertain the writ petition as the same can be obtained by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (in short, the RTI Act). According to the petitioner, he had applied under RTI but the same has not been accepted by the respondents.
3. This court disposes of the writ petition directing the petitioner to approach the respondents once again by moving an application under RTI Act which the authorities shall duly consider and decide in accordance with provisions of RTI Act. In case if the petitioner is still not satisfied with the
-2granting/refusal of the information by the respondents, he shall be at liberty to approach the appellate body under the RTI Act itself for ventilating his grievances.
