1. Learned counsel on behalf of applicants submits that as per direction of this Court, the amount of leave and half pay leave is released in favour of non-applicant/respondent.

2. The other side is in agreement with the submission made by the applicants.

3. As the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 5498 of 2012 on 8th March, 2019 is complied with, nothing remains to be executed.

4. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as the issue settled between the parties.
