Transfer order has remain stayed by this Court on 23-07-2015 and the petitioner is still continuing under the interim order. It is submitted that the respondent No.3 is also being allowed to continue at the same place i.e. at Marwahi and both are getting salary.

Considering the aforesaid situation, it is now directed that the impugned order in relation to the petitioner shall not be given effect to. However, the State Government/competent authority may pass fresh order of transfer of the petitioner in administrative exigency.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
