No. 01 of 2019, which is an application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application. On due consideration, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.

Considering the fact that the appeal has been filed by the claimant for enhancement of compensation and also on hearing the counsel for the applicant and the grounds that he has submitted, a strong ground for restoration has been made out and the undertaking given by the counsel for the applicant that he shall not claim any interest for depositing the amount enhanced for this intervening period.

The present MCC stands allowed and MAC No. 926 of 2017 stands restored to its original number.
