Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier a writ petition was filed challenging the transfer order, which was withdrawn with liberty to file representation, the petitioner, thereafter, filed representation which has not been decided till date.

Considering the aforesaid submission that the representation is pending, respondent-authority is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks for the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
