(2) The petitioner had preferred WP(S) No.3186 of 2013 for consideration of his case for regularisation in terms of the State Government circular dated 05.03.2008. The writ petition was disposed of on 01.10.2013 directing the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation within four months from the date of submission. (3) The first representation was preferred by the petitioner on 01.09.2014 and thereafter, one more representation was preferred on 23.02.2015 . Thus, the petitioner himself preferred the representation almost after a year from the date of order.
(4) Considering the entire facts' situation of the case, the contempt petition is disposed of with observation that the representation preferred by the petitioner shall be decided by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order before the contemnors. If the representation remains undecided, it would be open for the petitioner to move again before this Court.
