Agrawal Order On Board 03/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation to the respondents No.1 & 4 on 10.12.2015 and 12.08.2015 seeking exemption to pay electricity duty, but this date no decision has been taken and therefore direction may be issued to the said authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents No. 1 & 4 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
