Perused I.A. No.01 of 2018, which is an application for condonation of delay of 941 days. The reasons provided in paragraphs-1 and 2 do not satisfy us that they are cogent and valid reason for condoning such extraordinary delay. I.A. No.01 of 2018 is dismissed.

We also take notice of the fact that the learned Single Judge disposed off the writ petition on 31.08.2015 when even on that date, there was no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. Obviously, the Petitioner or his counsel has been negligent in pursuing the matter.
