(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the substantive post of the petitioner is Principal, Higher Secondary School and at present, she is working as Assistant Professor at District Institute Education Training Centre, Shanker Nagar, Raipur (DIET). He would further submit that by the impugned order dated 31.12.2015 passed by respondent No.1, the petitioner has been transferred/sent

on deputation in the option of the District Education Officer, Raipur but neither post has been mentioned nor approval has been taken in the co-ordination, therefore, she may be permitted to make a representation before the State Government of Chhattisgarh for redressal of her grievances and as the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the State Government of Chhattisgarh. If such representation is made by the petitioner before said authority within two weeks from today along with copy of this order, the said authority shall decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. (5) For a period of eight weeks, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 31.12.2015, in respect of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
