1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has is that, the petitioner is working on the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) and is posted at Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School, Sarona, District South Bastar Kanker since 2014.

2. According to the petitioner, she has married to one Shankar Vaishnav who is working with the High Court Establishment, Bilaspur, and therefore is in non transferable establishment. She has repeatedly made efforts between the respondents No.2&3 for transferring the petitioner from Kanker to District Bilaspur, but till date no order has been passed in this regard. Thus, prayed for an appropriate direction for the respondents No.2&3 in this regard.

3. Considering the limited relief which the petitioner has sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition

-2stands disposed with a direction to the respondents No.2&3 to consider and take a decision on the application which the petitioner has made for transferring her from Kanker to Bilaspur. Let a decision be taken in this regard within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. While deciding the claim of the petitioner, the authorities would consider the grounds that she has raised in her representation and the decision would be subject to the satisfaction of the authorities on due verification of the facts.
