1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.211/2020 registered at Police Station D.D. Nagar, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 420, 427 of the IPC.

3. Admittedly, as it appears from para 4 of the objection filed by

MCRCA No. 953 of 2020 complainant/informant Rukmani Chandrakar, there existed relationship of landlord and tenant between the parties. In the said background, she lodged the report for house trespass, cheating and causing damage to the tenanted premises.

4. The offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class and the applicant has already been allowed interim bail by this Court vide order dated 18.8.2020.

5. Considering the relationship between the parties and also considering all other relevant aspects of the matter, the interim bail granted to the applicant on 18.8.2020 is made absolute in the same terms.

6. The bail application stands allowed.
