ORDER
07.08.2020 Heard.
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working on the post of Assistant Revenue Inspector, his promotion was considered from Assistant Revenue Inspector to Revenue Sub Inspector as he holds the requisite qualification. Learned counsel referred to Annexure P-1 and would submit that under the R.T.I. the entire documents have been obtained which would show that the petitioner's
name has been recommended for promotion to the post of Revenue Sub Inspector in the year 2018, however, the same remains to be adjudicated at the end of respondent No.3. Counsel further submits that under the circumstances, at this stage, the respondent No.3 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-4 which has been filed on 16.03.2020.
2. Considering the limited prayer made and perusal of the document Annexure P-1, the respondent No.3, Deputy Director, is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of this order.
