(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the transfer order of the petitioner from Taregaon Forest Range of Kawardha Forest Division to Kasdol Forest Range of Baloda Bazar Forest Division, he may be permitted to make representation before the competent authority and the same may be directed to decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation to the competent authority highlighting his grievances, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
