Shri Raja Sharma, Advocate for the respondent. This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful non compliance of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.2036 of 2018. The respondent have entered appearance and submits that the respondent have already taken a decision on the representation of the petitioner.

Since the direction was to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner and the respondent already having taken a decision, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondent stands discharged of the contempt proceeding. However, the right of the petitioner stands reserved for assailing the subsequent development/order passed by the respondent by way of a fresh proceedings altogether.
