Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have settled their dispute and deed of settlement dated 20/07/2016 has been placed on record vide Document- A along with I.A. No.4/2016, application for issuance of appropriate order upon mutual settlement of dispute between the parties. 2.

The statement made in the affidavit as also in the application, the deed of settlement has not been disputed by the respondents. In fact, no representation has been made on behalf of the respondents.
