The instant petition is preferred by the wife for transfer of a divorce petition, being Case No.70A of 2015 filed by the husband in the Court of District Judge, Baloda Bazar to the Family Court, Durg. The wife resides at Durg and the husband has instituted the divorce petition at Baloda Bazar.

It is urged on behalf of the Petitioner/wife that on account of financial implication, the Petitioner is facing hardship in appearing before the Court at Baloda Bazar.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the ground urged for transfer of the divorce petition, I am of the view that the transfer petition deserves to be allowed.

Resultantly, the transfer petition is allowed. Case No.70A of 2015 is transferred from the Court of District Judge, Baloda Bazar to the Family Court, Durg.
