1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.96/2017, registered in Police Station Bemetara, District Bemetara, for offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 5 (L), 6 of the POCSO Act.
2. This is the 3rd bail application on behalf of the applicant.
3. Pursuant to the order dated 9.8.2018, witnesses Dr. Nidhi Meshram, Head Constable Ashwini Chandrakar, Patwari Omal Chandrakar and Sub Inspector Sunita Yadav are present.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant would inform that the trial has come to an end, therefore, the bail application has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
6. District and Sessions Judge, Bemetara has submitted an explanation as to
why order sheets are not computer typed.
7. Let copy of the explanation be supplied to the C.P.C., High Court of Chhattisgarh for taking immediate action by attending grievances mentioned in the said explanation.
