Shri Sushobhit Singh, Advocate for the respondent. Alleging willful non compliance of the order dated 22.03.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.2512 of 2018, the present contempt petition has been filed.

The respondent entering appearance before the court filed a document dated 03.07.2018 (Annexure R/4) whereby the case of the petitioner was duly considered and decided by the respondent. In the light of the decision dated 03.07.2018, this court is of the opinion that the order passed by this court on 22.03.2018 against which this contempt petition has been filed, stands fully honoured and complied with and nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon. Reserving right of the petitioner to assail the subsequent order, this court is of the view that no further fruitful purpose would be served in continuing with the contempt petition.
