Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 07/04/2016 Shri Rahul Tamaskar, counsel for respondent submits that compensation to the tune of Rs.3,25,429/- (Rs. Three Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Nine only) upto year 2012-13 has already been paid to the petitioner and communication has been sent by the S.E.C.L. that compensation with regard to year 2013-14 and 2014-15 will be paid within next four months. In view of the above statement, counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage the petitioner is satisfied and he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
