AWARD (Passed on 08.07.2017) (1) Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the impugned order of transfer shall not be acted upon by the State Government and the Petitioner would not be insisted to join the transferred place. He prays for reserving their right to pass a fresh order in the event of administrative exigency. (2) This proposal is acceptable to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and he submits that in view of the undertaking given by the State, the present writ petition may be disposed of.

(3) Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties that the State Government shall not act upon the impugned transfer order, reserving right in favour of the State Government to pass a fresh order in the event of administrative exigency.
