Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Center, Seepat (Masturi) to Primay Health Center, Semardarri (Marwahi), against which, he has made representation before the Collector, Bilaspur, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to decide the same. 3.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes additional representation before the Collector, Bilaspur within a period of 10 days from today, the Collector Bilaspur would do well to decide the same as early as possible

preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority may decide the representation on its own merits.
