This is an application for extension of time to deposit the cost of Rs.1000/-, which was directed to be paid by the petitioner within one week from 26.11.2015, when MCC No.934 of 2015 preferred for restoration of WPS No.2312 of 2015, was disposed of.

The time for depositing the cost having already expired, the order passed in MCC No.934 of 2015 has lost its efÏcacy, as observed in the order itself.

Therefore, this application for extension of time is not maintainable.

Accordingly, MCC No.210 of 2016 is dismissed, as not maintainable.
