1. This is the second anticipatory bail application submitted by the Applicant under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

2. First anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the Trial Court that in the event of surrender of the Applicant before the said Court, it should decide the said bail application as early as possible, preferably on the date of its filing vide order dated 08.06.2020 passed in MCRCA No.44/2020

3. Looking to the above, I do not found any good ground to entertain the instant bail application.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed at motion stage itself.
