1. The present is a repeat bail application. Earlier bail application stood dismissed as withdrawn on 28.01.2019 with liberty to revive after some time, in case, if the trial is not concluded.

2. Repeat bail application has been filed on the ground that trial is unnecessarily delayed and more than half of the witnesses are yet to be examined.

3. However, the State counsel while opposing the bail application submits that in all there are four accused persons and total quantity of contraband seized in possession is 90 K.G.. Out of that the present applicant was in possession of 20 K.G.'s of contraband.

4. Given the said submission made by the State counsel and considering the total quantity of contraband seized in possession of the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that no strong case for grant of bail is made out at this juncture.

5. However, Trial Court and prosecution is directed to ensure that witnesses are called upon at the earliest and ensure trial is concluded as early as possible.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the present bail application stands rejected.
