(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order dated 12.01.2016 passed by respondent No.2-Vidyut Griha Vidyalaya Prabandhan Samiti, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the appellate authority, which has not been

considered and decided by the appellate authority till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, appellate authority is directed to do well and to take a decision on the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
