All are residents of Village Akarjan, Police Station, Tahsil Khairagarh, Civil and Revenue District Rajnandgaon (CG). --- Respondents For Petitioner :

months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
