(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Assistant Fisheries Officer, who has been transferred from the Office of Deputy Director Fisheries, Block Dhamdha to Office of Assistant Director Fisheries, District Gariaband in the mid-time of academic sessions and there is no administrative exigency, by the impugned transfer order dated 17.02.2016 passed by Deputy Secretary, Fisheries Department, Raipur and, therefore, he may be permitted to file a

representation before State Government for redressal of his grievances and direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order.

(5) For the period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
