Order On Board 22/09/2015 Grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that though FIR has been registered against the accused on the allegation of commission of offence under Section 420, 409, 467, 468 & 471 read with Section 34 of IPC on 03-122014, the investigation is proceeding with snails pace and even after 9 months, the accused persons have not been arrested by the police

authorities.

Considering that the FIR has been registered only in the month of December, 2014, at this stage, it cannot be said that there is any deliberate inaction on the part of the police authorities to apprehend the accused. The investigation is going on. The respondent No.7-Station House Officer is directed to hold fair, expeditious and effective investigation in the matter and complete the same and submit a report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate. Unless the accused persons have been granted bail, the Station House Officer shall take all necessary steps as required for effective and fair investigation including arrest of the accused persons, if necessary. 3.
