No.281/2013 (Lakhanram Sahu & Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and other connected matters.

2. In view of the statement made, all the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench in the matter of Lakhanram Sahu (supra). A copy of the order passed in Lakhanram Sahu (supra) be placed in the record of the present writ petitions.
