Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 18.06.2018 The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been illegally without any authority placed under suspension and that the order of suspension is per se bad in law.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also moved an appeal i.e. Annexure P-3 dated 24.04.2018 before the Vice Chancellor, Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur and the same till date has not been decided by the appellate authority.

Taking into consideration the nature of dispute and the fact that the matter is seized before the appellate authority as per the pleadings of the petitioner, let respondent no.3 i.e. the appellate authority take a decision on the appeal so filed by the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The appellate authority while deciding the appeal shall objectively consider all the contentions that have been raised by the petitioner in his appeal.
