The Petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers : "10.1 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce the entire records pertaining to the case and inform the Hon'ble Court about the steps been taken by the police authorities to recover the missing minor girl Child of the petitioners. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue/writ directing the respondents authority to make all out efforts to search the missing minor girl child and recover her and produce before this Hon'ble Court.

10.3 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to further direct the respondent to act strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued

by the ministry of home affairs and take prompt steps to recover the missing minor girl child. 10.4 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner."

Heard Shri Sushobhit Singh, the learned counsel for the Petitioners and Shri Gagan Tiwari, the learned counsel representing the Respondents/State.

The learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to the complaint with respect to missing of a minor girl from 09.07.2020, a case has been registered and earnest efforts have been taken to trace the whereabouts of the minor girl. The learned counsel submits that pursuant to the effective steps taken, the missing minor girl has been traced out, the statement has been taken in terms of the relevant provisions of law and she is being produced before the Magistrate having jurisdiction over the area. The learned counsel submits that after completing the procedural formalities, the minor girl would be sent with the Petitioners, subject to the order to be passed by the learned Magistrate before whom the girl is being produced.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that in view of the turn of events, no further relief is sought for in this writ petition; as the grievance stands redressed.
