1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the alleged action on the part of the respondent No.4 who has been humiliating and harassing the petitioner since long. The allegation against the petitioner is one which has to be dealt with at the departmental level.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.4 is an habitual offender in as much as he is already facing an enquiry at the behest of another lady staff in the establishment and an enquiry before the committee constituted under the Vishakha judgment of the Supreme Court is inquiring into the matter.

3. Without delving much into the allegation and contentions which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition, since it is a matter which

-2has to be inquired into and an appropriate decision in this regard has to be taken at the level of employer, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take appropriate steps on the complaint which the petitioner has filed. That after considering the complaint appropriate decision be taken in respect of the next course of action to be taken particularly in respect of allegations that have been made against the respondent No.4 qua the petitioner. Let an appropriate decision be taken within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The petitioner would also be permitted to make a fresh complaint to the respondent No.2 supported with all relevant records and documents that she has.
