(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that against the order dated 08.04.2015 passed by respondent No.4Divisional Forest Officer, Janjgir-Champa, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before respondent No.3-Conservator of Forest, Bilaspur on 17.04.2015, which has not been considered and decided by the said authority till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, appellate authority is directed to do well and to take a decision on the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
